[WardFive] Hi Everyone,

Quick heads up - those duct and dryer vent cleaning guys who came through last spring are coming back to our area next week.

We used them last time along with the Johnsons and a few others on Maple Street. Honestly, they did great work. My dryer was taking forever to dry clothes - turns out the vent was practically clogged. Total fire hazard waiting to happen. Now it works like new and our energy bill actually went down a bit.

For the air ducts, we noticed a real difference too. The house was getting dusty so quickly before, and my husband's allergies were acting up constantly. After they cleaned the ducts, the air feels fresher and we're not dusting every other day anymore. Made a bigger difference than I expected.

Since they'll already be here with their truck and equipment, they're offering neighborhood rates if we coordinate schedules. Lisa from next door and couple other families from Oak Street are already in, so we're getting a decent group discount.

If anyone's interested, just text me your info and I'll add you to the list. We'll pick a day that works for everyone. No worries if you're not interested, just thought I'd mention it since a few people asked me about it last time.

Thanks!
