I won't claim to be Munnell, but using the resources available, the
cheat level calculator (http://www.keelhauler.org/khcc/cheatcalc.htm)
and the NOAA river level predictions (http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/
hydrograph.php?wfo=pbz&gage=psnw2) for the upstream gauge, I'll go
ahead and estimate that the morning run will see about 3.7 on the
bridge, and the race will see about 3.3. Most of the lines remain the
same, just take care to avoid the hole at big nasty and there may be a
sneak available at upper coliseum left of the normal line.
