 Frank is an outstanding individual who has lived in DC for over 40 years.  Frank Wilds has operated a successful business for over 35 years.  Frank has also served his longstanding Lamond-Riggs community as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, as an community activist, on the Ward Democrats as Chairman and on the DC Democratic State Community.

Frank's experiences will be vital for shaping the future of Ward 5, and for the empowerment of Ward 5 rsesidents in all processes.
