John: I have been to the Bay of FUndy ( a long time ago) and I am sure that the tides have not changed much :-) They are awesome,but I did not even think about kayaking them then. Now you have me thinking! I trust that you will ride them in and not out.

But to your offer, yes, I would like to borrow your breakdown paddle, (at such short notice, thanks), and will also look into buying my own. When, where would be a good time to meet with you as I take off early sunday morning? I could come by your stake out on Saturday.

Michigan to Nova Scotia. My family is in Michigan, and I have a cousin in Nova Scotia who I plan to visit. I am meeting up with Tom and his group of Intermediate paddlers in Canada August 5/6 and spending three days with them! Then on to NS.
