Great discussions. I know that this community has someone or more in every profession that we could leverage. Undergrounging still has to be done - it should be phased in and our capital dollars would be best used as we force the coordination of much needed infrastructure work.
Since we don't control the weather (winter or summer), Wouldn't it be better to subsidize this than subsidize Street Cars - that is, if we had to subsidize anything.
Also, we can change the depletion structure of the profits and mandate certain amount towards infrastructure.
