At first I thought about that as well but then I thought of what Mr. Crok (Founder of McDonald's) once said.
He said that the reason that his business is most successful because they are one of the beat real estate investors in the business. Because of smart decisions and long term planning they have been able to sustain. I just hope that the school (if successful) uses this as part of their teachings to show our future generations the importance of planning and stability.
