You are invited to join U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 21 at the U.S. Department of Education headquarters as he returns from the "Education Drives America" bus tour to deliver the official 2012-2013 back-to-school address to the students of America on behalf of President Barack Obama. To kick off the new school year, the program will include a back-to-school pep rally, a college access fair and performances by OMG Girlz and Kids These Days (KTD).
