[WardFive] Proposed Rulemaking: Pepco Surcharge Request for Public Space Fees Customer Reimbursement

 I'm not sure that I titled the subject matter correctly.  However, it looks like proposed rulemaking that will allow Pepco to collect through a surcharge on their customers' bill "reimbursement" of the fees they pay to DC Govt for Public Space "Right-of-Way" use. The public is allowed to submit comments on this proposed rulemaking for 30 days, which ends about April 28, 2013. 

 

I hope the People's Counsel can shed some light on this matter so any comments sent by the public will have some value on the proposed rulemaking.
