cheat_training_group Cheat Season: The Happiest Time of the Year

Hey all,

Cheat season is right around the corner! The weather is inconsistent, the river is high, and you're asking yourself that question, should I wear a dry suit and be warm, or a dry top and be a little cold. I hope that everyone has been able to get out in there boat once or twice. 

I would like to encourage you all to come to a pool session once before cheat starts. It is good get a few good rolls in the warm pool before you try to freeze your brain in the Potomac. This Saturday ZoneDogg himself will be present to teach a playboating class. This is also a great class to take because you end up rolling a lot, and playboating teaches you how to use your whole body. Check out the schedule here.
