cheat_training_group Yough training tomorrow 5/11

Hi there!

Tomorrow is our first Saturday workout, 9-11 am. Please meet Tom, Rhys, and Simon (your instructor team) at Great Falls, MD. We will be taking out at Anglers so, if you want to set a shuttle before hand, please do. If not, Tom will have a van at the bottom to drive some people back up. 

Bring your creeker!
