[WardFive] Halloween & National Weather Service Advisory

Dear Neighbors,

In preparation for your Halloween night activities tonight, which may include door to door “trick or treating” with children, please take note of the National Weather Service, (NWS) https://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/day1otlk.html.  The NWS has issued a tornado warning and is cautioning of possible extreme winds, rains power outage.  As you are aware, during heavy rains, Bloomingdale is subject to flooding.  It is recommended your individual and family Halloween night activities include the consideration of a safe harbor or a celebratory safe zone in the event severe weather conditions develop.  Please consider items around your home you may feel appropriate to secure or to relocate.

I know Halloween provides great opportunities children and neighbors to have fun.  Please be safe and have a wonderful evening.

Robert
