Tomorrow once again DC Statehood will be the subject of a hearing in the US House of Representatives (remember the US House of Representatives approved Statehood for DC in the last Congress). We are asking all that can, wearing mask and adhering to social distance protocol, to join a group in your Ward before the hearing takes place. Make your voice heard and upload your photos/videos on Social Media using hashtag #DCStatehoodNOW. I will make an effort to visit most locations and capture the moment on film, and later share footage.
DC's veterans got together last week and put together this message to Congress, please share it: https://youtu.be/nMC5aFIPSEE
Hoping to see some of you tomorrow,
Franklin Garcia
