[WardFive] Tonight: Ward 5 Redistricting Task Force Meeting at 6:00pm

Hi everyone, 

Kelley from Councilmember McDuffie's office just sent around this email about the Ward 5 Redistricting task force meeting taking place tonight at 6:00pm. You have to register for the meeting via this link but once you do, you will automatically be granted access to the meeting. Each subcommittee task force will be presenting their proposed maps and, as I understand it, there will be an opportunity for Q&A following those presentations.

If helpful, here are the proposed maps as included on the Ward 5 Task Force Google Folder:

1. ANC 5A: No proposed maps as of right now (but when the subcommittee submits them, I expect them to be here)

The Ward 5 ANC Redistricting Committee will meet via Zoom on Tuesday, March 8 at 6pm. The link to watch via Zoom is:  https://bit.ly/Ward5Redistricting. The meeting will also be streamed on Councilmember McDuffie's YouTube page. 

At this meeting, the five subgroups created from the full redistricting committee will each present their ideas for new maps of the geographic area they were assigned. The agenda can be viewed here.

The Ward 5 ANC Redistricting Committee will then publish full "Discussion Maps" of options in ANC redistricting for Ward 5 on Tuesday, March 15.
