I want to thank Ashley and the rest of the LAKS crew for the great job they did on this years Cheat Training. For me, it was so much fun and very rewarding. I loved the interaction at each weekday and weekend session with the LAKS staff and the fellow paddlers. It gave me that little bit of extra confidence/comfort needed to push the envelope a bit. It all culminated on race day with my first dry hair run of the canyon. To everyone with LAKS ... job well done!--
