Summer never ends at Calleva River School

Summer never ends at the River School Mexico Trips Announced! What we need right now is a fun trip to Mexico filled with tacos, rivers, and kind people!!  Join us for a break from winter weather and test your skills on class III-IV rapids in warm and sunny Mexico. Calleva River School groups stay at the Eco Resort Aventures in Tlapacoyan, Veracruz, Mexico. We have changed how we run our trips to limit COVID risks. We are: asking all participants to get tested before they come working with Aventurec to make sure they have acceptable COVID protocols in place keeping a limited contact "bubble" while we're away.  Two trips are on the schedule:  Cascadas de Valles (III-IV)  Advanced Tlapacoyan (IV+) others... But wait, there's more! We have plenty of programs happening in and around DC, Maryland, and Virginia! Check out some of our offerings below: FALL FOLIAGE:  Weekly excursions for paddlers of all ages & abilities. Your Calleva River School guide will point out wildlife along the C&O Canal and Potomac River as you enjoy a relaxed paddle and observe the changing of colors. Learn local lore and hear engaging stories about our river's history & community.  POOL ROLLING:  Select Saturdays in November thru January at Madeira School in McLean, VA. Separate lessons for adults and kids with part of the pool set aside for those that want to independently practice their rolls. WINTER CLASSES:   Winter Workout series includes 8 classes focused on technique and fitness. Dawn Patrol workouts are also added!!!
