Hello folks,

As some of you may have heard the city is challenging our standing to bring the lawsuit which seeks to block the 15 schools from being closed.  They are saying we don't have representatives from all of the schools.  We have a strong legal team and are confident that our case will continue to move forward.  In an effort to be prepared for May 10^th's court hearing, we are seeking to add additional plaintiffs to our lawsuit to block the closure of 15 DC Public Schools. If you a parent or know a parent at one of the following schools, we need to hear from you.  We want to ensure all 15 schools are represented and saved from closure by the lawsuit:

 

• Choice Academy at Hamilton
• Mamie D. Lee
• Marshall Elementary
• Spingarn High/Stay program
• Prospect Learning Center
• Shaw Middle @ Garnett Patterson
• Davis Elementary
• Kenilworth Elementary
• Ron Brown Middle
• Winston Education Campus
• MC Terrell/McGogney Elementary
