Dear Tom Bridge,
I see you didn't have the decency to retract your statement about me on the Brookland Listserv -- unlike what you said -- Eric is Correct -- I am not my worst enemy - I was just responding over the years to horrible comments about me, the Café, the Inn and Dealt very REAL with the Racism in so much of what was being said about almost everything being discussed on the List Servs -- and that's why Brookland Listserv "Moderators" blocked me from being part of the community that I have built but allowed so many Racist Whites to have "free speech". Imagine, they are still letting White Folks like you lie about me -- hell, they should be doing their own research as well.
It is amazing that so many Whites won't admit the racist approach to Optimism and the Café but come forth so strong in support for Manomale, Little Ricky's and "Brookland's Finest" - a TAVERN licensed Restaurant and none of the three have any parking. Of course because Tom -- "I am the reason that Ward 5 can't have nice things" -- and you tell me that this Brookland is not filled with Racist White People. Recognize Bro. -- Remember you were locked hand in hand with Don Padou/Jim Turner (white man pretending to be a Black Man) when the Café was being Protested. I hope you all did what Eric asked -- the research to see that my first posts and always posts was in Defense of me, the Café, the Inn and our Black Community being maligned, attacked, oppressed, etc.
By the way, I found out the reason that we don't have Racist Whites living in Brookland. I understand that the Real Estate Agents for the last 50 years have had a pack to Check Driver Licenses to see if the RACIST designation (kind of like the Motor Cycle designation) was present. You see, Brookland has a policy of not selling any houses to Whites who are Openly Racist -- Oh, but then I guess I have to think if I can remember any White Person openly admitting that they are Racist, or a comment was Racist, an approach was Racist EXCEPT for ERIC (indc) and Jerry Peloquin. GO FIGURE -- What the hell do those two Whites Know that the Rest REFUSE to admit to.
Good Luck Tom and Tiffany Bridge in your attempt to take positions in Brookland with Being President of BNCA and an ANC. Really -- and your full support for a TAVERN is not racist when you sat here silently when Jesse went through his protest and locked arms with Don Padou against the Café -- Read my lips ...................................................... I don't have any issue with "Brookland's Finest but it is amazing to see the amount of White Support for a "Tavern" License when a Restaurant License is what should be applied for -- Just like I made Mr. Lumukanda do -- that is if the goal is to bring a food establishment to the community. Call me Crazy again but this looks like a good example of Double Standard yet again!!
And Jaime Fearer -- @bagrosemary -- you are an excellent example of one of the silent oppressors here in our Community. Like Cancer -- I wonder if we have a Susan B. Alliance against hate filled folks like you who are silent killers in our community.
By the way, where was this Jose Barrios a few years ago when Optimism and the Café went through their protest and why is he so interested in helping the Community with this? Maybe he is the New "Jesus" of Brookland because someone must have run off with John (Jesus) Feeley!!
