DPW, DCRA To Discuss Illegal Dumping, Vacant Lots During Online Chat Wed., June 27
Are you experiencing a problem with people dumping trash in alleys or public spaces in your neighborhood? Are you concerned about unkempt vacant lots in your community? Do you know which agencies have the responsibility to handle these issues? Have you have reported these concerns previously and find the problem continues to reoccur?
The directors of DPW and DCRA invite you to join them for a live, online chat, Wednesday, June 27, 2012, from 12:00-1:00 pm. Participate in the chat for answers to the above questions, to discuss problem areas, receive status updates on previous requests, and receive valuable information to help keep your community clean and safe.
To participate in the session once it has begun, place dpw.dc.gov/livechat into the search browser or visit either of the agencies’ websites at www.dpw.dc.gov or www.dcra.dc.gov. A transcript of the chat session can be reviewed when it has ended by visiting the “livechat” link as well.
