You and I are friends but maybe you should get a piece of paper, a pencil, an Eraser and take some notes!
1. I have blamed the CM's, especially the Black ones and Barry when he was Mayor. As smart as he is, he lost his focus from when he was younger.
2. At any given time, we had the votes if we had the right focus instead we still allow ourselves to be "part time"! Like I said, the Wilson building is the new slave block with our own chiefs /CM's selling our tribes into slavery. Don't you see the ships leaving the shores of "Africa"everyday with the decisions they make - our own people!
3. So you know, I am trying to get Nolan and the rest to understand what they really are doing. Opposite angles are congruent - do the math!
4. I did include that Stephanie and Kenyan pay attention.
5. Part of role modeling is creating the right environment and creating/allowing for opportunities. Do you need me to place you in the trash dumpster so you can join Luke for dinner while you both show me how our kids can learn in that environment all day. That is mind WARFARE! It's horrible.
So, put away your labtop, get that transistor radio in your head tuned in to me when you read and understand that I am trying to get our "newcomers" to get on the same boat and paddle in the same direction! Why is it that I get it and they don't. I am not African American. The fact is that they don't want to or they would have admit to how wrong their viewpoint is as well as all the advantages they have had, even by just being White - as simple as to the bombardment of news and how it depicts Blacks!! A huge part of the advantage received at birth is psychological!!! You cannot bomb our kids brains and expect it to be fertile; and yes, most of our own rappers, politicians, etc. don't help with what they do!
So you know, this low proficiency is occurring everywhere in both low/no income Black and White comunities. In DC, we don't have low income/not proficient in reading and math Whites. Our Whites have degrees. So, if they push fir the same things that longtime residents are pushing for, we would get there faster! And we are not far apart if we compassionately prioritize! That's all! Stop sucking up to Nolan because you might need him and his friends support in the future or for Michael. Nolan knows exactly what I am talking about, that's why he and the rest don't want to answer the questions. They would then be forced to do the right thing and acquiesce and fight alongside us. That my dear is Cognitive Dissonance at it's best. Good people, educated ones (Black or White) can't run from their heads once they have the proper information. It's called a conscience! Increasing Cognitive dissonance forces good people to recalibrate their viewpoint!!
Like Santa Clause, God knows what who is doing to his people!
