I was shocked to see this. I remember him as "Buddy" Rumsey. He was always such a pleasant gentleman. I am so sorry to hear about his death.

William H. "Bill" Rumsey, Jr. of Washington, DC passed into eternal glory on Monday, June 25, 2012. Beloved husband of Terry Cornwell Rumsey; devoted father of William H. "Billy" Rumsey, III; loving son of Leona Rumsey and the late Col. William H. Rumsey, Sr., Ph.D.; cherished brother of Constance Rumsey (deceased) and uncle to her son, Richard Rogers (Dionne). Also survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. until start of service at 11 a.m. at Dunbarton Chapel, Howard University Law School, 2900 Van Ness Street, NW, Washington, DC 20008. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Children's National Medical Center/CHAI in memory of William H. Rumsey, Jr. (111 Michigan Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20010. Attn: Tysus Jackson). Arrangements by MCGUIRE.
