Please invite your friends and family and join D.C. Statehood Activists on July 4, 2012 in the Palisades Parade!

 

The Palisades Parade is a great way for all D.C. residents to celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence and assert our right to the same right to self-goverment that all other Americans enjoy by marching with us for D.C. statehood!

 

Meet at 10am on Whitehaven Parkway N.W. Please enter Whitehaven Pkwy via Foxhall Rd.  Look for the ACLU-NCA truck and D.C. Statehood signs and banners. Whitehaven Parkway is in between Our Lady of Victory School and the fire station. 

• The parade starts moving at 11:00am sharp!
• The parade winds up around 1 pm at the Palisades Recreation Center where there will be free hot dogs, watermelon, drinks, a moon bounce, pony rides, and lots of your friends and neighbors!
