cheat_training_group Dickerson & Upper Yough this weekend

Hey all,

Thanks to all of you who came out for Shannon's memorial service and paddle on Saturday and the Potomac Fest events this weekend.  It was great to see so many LAKS faces as part of the greater DC paddling community.  We are certainly lucky to have one another.

I want to let you know about this weekend's paddling options.  This Saturday, Tom is hoping to take a group up to the Upper Yough.  We plan to meet at the Park and Ride at 9:30 am.  

There is also a Dickerson Workout Saturday, meet at the gate at 7:15 for an early morning paddle-- before it gets too hot!

Also, several spots opened up in the Strong Intermediate Canada week, August 17th to 24th. Let me know if you need more info!
