I guess managing the Brookland Inn and the other properties ( B&B's Downtown) Oh, and the various Boards and Committees on which you serve ... and then there's the philanthropic work you've been doing with kids here in the city ... I guess that's not enough to keep you occupied. ... Oh yes, and you have that prodigy of a daughter and even though Robin is home schooling her and you spend every night at home helping out ... I just know you need another job to keep you occupied.
don't worry Rob, I can find some part time work for you here around the house!
Some people are so busy sucking up to anyone with money and power (that's what a lobbyist is, a suck up) they can't understand how other people find that distasteful.

See why I wanted to pull you (Aniken) in close to me -- it wasn't that I couldn't get the information from elsewhere. Lets get it straight. So you know, I also feel you are a good, smart young Black Man and wanted to lend my abilities to not lose you to the Dark Side -- selling yourself for pieces of Silver!!
You should feel really Stupid when a East-Indian calls you an UNCLE TOM and there are not many African Americans who would disagree with me in this Community who has read your emails. That ALONE should tell you something especially since most if not all of them including myself don't have anything personal against you.
Now:
Why are you not qualified to be on a Commission or a Task Force?
It has nothing to do with what you know -- we have a lot of people (Black and White) who know much more than a 36 year old whose agenda is to build relationships with developers and others to be their lobbyist. We need people on that committee who have only the agenda of representing the community.
We as a community need people on those committees who have actual qualifications and are mature enough to be able to discern --
example: when a person emails you to float your ego because they like you or don't like me and tells you "Why are you engaging this idiot? You need to do nothing more than see who agrees with him and look at his allies to see that he is full of SH&T and a waste of your time and energy" -
Your inability to step outside your self serving core and correct that individual and others shows the lack of vertebrae!! Your validation on this improper categorization is self serving and is not much different than what you will do to this community for some money.
Kaya is way out of line and I have never heard you saying anything -- nothing, nada, zip --- because you don't have a Backbone if it will affect your $$$$$ stream.
When have you said anything about any Council Members except for Orange -- and with him is because he sees you for you -- a suck up and your man Bittle who would give you some votes didn't get elected. Maybe the other CM's are perfect!!
Why I make a good choice -- I would put the Community first and in addition to have about 8 compressed years of work ethic, business creation, management, training and overall experience over you, I am a very intelligent person with ABSOLUTE tenacity to stand up to folks and expose them -- without concern for my own needs and wants -- even though I have lots more to lose than you and it is in my best interest financially to be really quiet..
Now back to me approaching Mendelson about an EDUCATION Position -- I also approached Catania. Imagine you making me Wrong for being the one who would stand up to the Kaya and the rest as they continue to make the decisions that they do -- see where you and your friends who are laughing at me lack the ability to discern about this. Instead, you and them should want me to get my head wrapped around this education issue -- but what do I know -- I have one of the best models in the City -- I can see where it would be so wrong for me to share me with our Kids.
Last night, I forgot to mention that Sarah at 4yrs 4months is also doing subtraction and actually added 70 + 40 the other day and came up with 110. Please find me a 4 year old who can do that -- and then allow me to introduce you to the two "Idiots" who taught her -- Me and My Wife!!!
So yes, it bothers me when people like you are on boards/commissions -- not jealous but disappointed because our self serving "leaders" actually put you there when we have so many others (Black and White) in this City who are much more qualified whose vocal chords are not connected to their income/wallet.
SO you get it -- even in the Midst of Jerry being upset at you -- to this day, I have always defended you as a nice person who is intelligent but spineless and a Uncle Tom to the Black Community. That's the difference about my ability to DISCERN and your inability -- that's an example of what makes me more qualified.
The other problem with you is that you think you know so much -- imagine what I know. Anytime you are ready to go study anything that is foreign to both of us lets do it -- let me show you where Sarah gets some of her abilities from and then understand why she is able to apply her knowledge -- let me show you where she gets some of the cognitive ability from as well.
