Please join us for the first meeting of the newly-reconstituted ANC 5C. (We have three returning commissioners and four who are newly elected)

• Swearing in of new officers
  
• Presentation by new owners of Bliss Lounge - 2122 24th Place NE, Washington, DC. www.blissdc.com (SMD 5C02)
  
• Presentation on Zoning Map Amendments:
  
• Douglas Dev - NY Ave/Bladensburg/Montana - (SMD 5C04)
• Rhode Island Ave NE and Monroe St NE - (SMD 5C01)

We will be inviting staff from the DC Office of Planning and the DC Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration to answer questions on the above presentaitons.
