[WardFive] REVISED ANC 5A January Meeting Notice

5A Neighbors & Friends,

In order to be in full compliance with the ANC Handbook and ANC 5A Bylaws, we have updated the previously distributed notice and agenda for the January 13th meeting. Please find the updated announcement attached.

Just a few points of clarification.....

1. Our meeting on Wednesday is a Committee of the Whole (CoW) meeting to plan the agenda, discuss old business of 2015, and prepare for our end of the month meeting.

2. We can not call this an Executive Committee meeting because it would only require the attendance of Executive Officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary).

3. In "Committee" meetings, like a CoW meeting, all committee actions are recommendations that must be voted on in a "Commission" meeting.
