On behalf of the entire staff at the Summersville Lake Retreat, we want to welcome you to the beautiful Summersville Lake and the Gauley River National Recreation Area and the new Summersville Lake Lighthouse. At this time, we wish to take this opportunity to confirm your reservation. The details of the reservation are below, as well as any changes and/or deposits to your account. Please contact us as soon as possible if any corrections are necessary.
Check-In and Check-Out is at 12 Noon for our campground. No early check-ins unless your site is available. Please call to check on the availability of your site at 888-872-5580. When you arrive, you may proceed to the Gate House who will present you with your Check In Envelope and directions to your site.
If there is anything that we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask. We will try our best to help you have a memorable vacation. Our Gift Shop and Commons Area are supplied with all types of literature of places in our area to visit and our Staff can guide you in the right direction. Check out our faqs page on our website at www.summersvillelakeretreat.com or for any questions you may have or give us a call at 888-872-5580.
If you must cancel, you may choose between a re-booking or a 90% refund on cancellations made 30 days prior to date of reservation. On cancellations less than 30 days, you may receive either a rebook or a 90% refund, only if re-rented for your entire reservation period. No refunds or rebooking on cancellations of 3 days or less. Rebooked reservations are only good for the year the original reservation was made, unless otherwise stated. The initial reservation is the contract for all re-bookings. You can only re-book once. Understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. As with all adventure travel, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
