Hello Robert,

How is the City handling the students who don't have access to the necessary technology for the upcoming school year? 

I understand that about 40+% do not have access/connectivity or the necessary bandwidth. Also, do all the students have the "Hardware"?  Not sure if the City had been able to provide the necessary Hardware for our students to finish last Spring Semester but if not, is the City planning to provide the necessary hardware to the students in need for the fall semester?
