Fair enough.
--Rob,
We are going to agree to disagree and move on from this subject. You didn't see Biddle in the ward yet he personally put a yard sign in my yard on Bates street so I know that couldn't be true but that is your observation vs. mine. You saw Shapiro's folks in the ward and yes we all did because the person who ran his field team (who ran Vincent Orange's in the previous election) lives a block down form me which meant his natural inclination was to start at his home base. Before you wonder if I know this for a fact, I actually worked with this gentleman at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and have known him for more than a decade and had the discussion with him so I know it to be true. Finally as for the mail my wife actually tossed them while cleaning so I don't have copies of any of the mail pieces form the last election in April at this point so I won't be able to provide them.
Be well.

Subject: Re: [WardFive] On the Meaning of "Sucker" by Mike DeBonis
Eric,
You seem to not get the fact that this man being sexually involved with a woman who is close to Biddle, works for him and wants him to win a campaign makes Debonis very likely to be biased. You nor anyone in the world cannot use the fact that DeBonis is talking about a votes, etc. as a support to say that he is definitely not referring to Orange as a "Sucker". I really don't care about this at all but I do care that you are failing to comprehend that this bias could make a man make such a reference. In addition, even if Debonis was speaking about the Election and referring to it as "the Sucker's" then there is a definite correlation to the psychological approach of this reference.
If you don't get it, close your eyes and picture being Debonis and making that statement. It shows his bias as an excited exclamation that lends hope to the direction he and his lover wants this election to go. "This Sucker" is different from "the Sucker's" - I just don't have enough to get my teeth into it. Anyways, as you have your eyes closed, picture Debonis saying "the Sucker's" wide open, meaning that the "election" is wide open, meaning that the CM seat is wide open, meaning that Orange who is the Current CM is wide open to being overthrown. Please stop being so gullible and topical. Is it possible that Debonis could have made a mistake in his excitement when he did the "calculations" that his candidate and his lover's candidate may actually win. This wouldn't be the first and it won't be the last time that someone's emotions got mixed up with the words they tweeted.
Who cares if he calls Orange a "sucker"? And I am not aloof to understanding that Orange has ties and owes certain folks. The issue is that you, because of your candidate, your bias are refusing to see the possibilities and keeps defending Debonis; and of course because you are somehow involved with all the tweets.
Now that you and your Debonis crew have a formula to figure out Orange's final numbers, how did you all figure out what Biddle's vote count would be and Shapiro unless there was a movement to vote Biddle instead of Shapiro knowing that those two could split the numbers in 1,2,3 and 6. I am quite a capable analyzer and can clearly see, hear, feel that Shapiro is sharper than Biddle and definitely not tied into to the trenches of obligation of many other CM's and Candidates.
And since you were talking about the mail you got from Orange and Shapiro, I still haven't got a copy of Biddle's from you that you received in the mail to see how clear his vision is/was and how different it is from Shapiro's. From what I have observed about the two, you should put them in a room together and I guarantee that Shapiro would eat Biddle for a pre-breakfast piece of bacon - you know how you nibble on food before you really sit down at the table with the full course - a quick nibble. As a matter of fact, I am all over Ward 5 all day long and very visible so when I say I didn't see Biddle nor his people at all but I saw Shapiro 4 times and his people much more -SO - tell me why Biddle should get any support from this ward.
Last, unlike Mr. Turner, I am not interested in your writing as much as I am in your cognitive thinking and thought put forth. Stephanie Rones covered it this morning when she said "I also think that the entire school curriculum needs to be revised so that students learn critical thinking skills, logic and analysis". Stop being so energetic in showing all the knowledge you have (which you do truly have) and start using your critical thinking, logic and analysis that I know you have in "save for" mode. You are quite capable. And next time, don't respond to me with all that rhetoric and name calling without answering the questions and not thinking like you did two days ago.
I told you to step back from the trees so you can understand that there is a forest behind the treeline and understand the dangers that lurk within that jungle. Those people that you are sucking up to are not your friends - they are the cause why our kids are in the position that they are in. You are one of our young leaders along with Tim Clark who I really like (not that this means much to anyone). Start preparing yourself for the CM position if this temporary one doesn't act right when they get into the position. This selling out to the Pepco's of the world and the Labor Unions, developers, etc. are going to become too visible to continue and the paradigm will soon change. Revolution is on the horizon and People are not going to be led by this emotional bridle by giving their vote to "friends" or family friends kids or the establishment much longer. The sick and tired cup will be full shortly as embarrassment will tip it over soon enough.

On the Meaning of "Sucker"
Mike DeBonis, mike.debonis@washpost.comIn Sunday's edition [themail, April 15], Pamela Johnson makes the bizarre claim that I referred to Vincent Orange as a "sucker" in an April 2 tweet. Her claim is lacking context. When I noted "this sucker's wide open," it was a reference to the at-large race generally, not Orange personally. Earlier in the day, I'd done a ward breakdown of early and absentee voters (http://tinyurl.com/77hbpup), and my analysis followed from that. The "sucker" reference was last in a series of three tweets:
1) "At-large race food for thought: Take # of votes already cast by ward, apply VO's '11 ward shares and he can expect 34.4% this time."
2) "Assumes (a) non-Orange voters in 11 won't vote for him this time, either, & (b) Election Day ward split will resemble early/absentee split"
3) "In other words, this sucker's wide open."I would also note that the close results of the race would indeed seem to indicate that, yes, the sucker was wide open.
