Dear DC Democrats and Registered DC Voters,

On Tuesday, April 23^rd you will have the choice to vote in the Special Election for an At-Large member of the DC Council.  It is important that you fulfill your civic duty and head to the polls tomorrow.  We need Democrats to vote in large numbers.  We need to ensure not only that a Democrat is elected on Tuesday, but that the best candidate is elected.  I strongly believe that candidate is our DC Democratic Chair and current Councilwoman, Anita Bonds.  She is number 5 on the ballot and needs your vote tomorrow.  Chairman Bonds, has brought to the DC Council over 35 years of experience as a public servant.  She is someone we know and trust.     

 

We need your help today and tomorrow to keep Chairman Bonds on the DC Council.  There are a number of ways you can help to keep Chairman Bonds on the DC Council.  First is by ensuring you vote.  To find your polling place, please visit: http://dcboee.org/voter_info/find_pollingplace/.  Polls open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23.  You can also help by telling your family and friends to vote for Chairman Bonds.  Please spread the word on SOCIAL MEDIA and email groups; I am enclosing a "DC GO VOTE" button, please use it today and tomorrow as your social media profile photo. 

 

Chairman Bonds' birthday is today, and to celebrate her birthday, we intend on filling the DNC (430 S. Capitol St., SE, Washington DC 20003) with volunteers from all over the city for a phone banking and Birthday Party celebration, starting at 5PM, get more information on this event at: http://www.anitabonds.com/bday.
