[WardFive] Please join us on April 10th for Immigration Reform Rally at US Capitol

Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10th, 2013, pro-immigrant groups, local and national, will convene under the theme "Time is Now," for a historical Immigration Reform Rally at the West Lawn of the US Capitol at 3:00 PM, calling for our leaders to reform our immigration laws.  Joining this Rally will be iconic civil rights leaders, activists, politicians, musicians, religious leaders, and many others. 
 
Please come and join forces with us to strengthen our coalition in support of immigration reform. 
 
Two locations for DC efforts:

Starting point:  Sacred Heart Church (Corner of 16th Street, N.W. and Sacred Heart Way, N.W. -3 blocks from Columbia Heights Metro on GREEN line Metro).
Assembly point: Sacred Heart Church at 12:00 noon
Marchers will leave at 12:45 pm
 
Please wear white t-shirts (weather will be around 80 degrees) and bring U.S. flags.
 
 
 
DC Latino Caucus will meet at Union Station Plaza –Columbus Fountain (RED line Metro) starting at 2:30 pm and walk to U.S. Capitol at 2:45 pm.
