HELP THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WIN
UP TO $500,000,000 IN FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS
The District of Columbia has the opportunity to apply for $500,000,000 in grants through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) National Disaster Resilience Competition (NDRC). Announced in 2014, the NDRC is a competitive grant program designed to help communities improve their ability to withstand and recover more quickly from future disasters. The intent of the competition is to encourage new approaches to disaster recovery that focus on strengthening an area’s long-term resilience to the impacts of disasters, rather than on simply rebuilding.
