Eagle Academy Public Charter School to Host Ward 8 City Council Candidates Forum on February 18, 2015

Washington, DC – Eagle Academy Public Charter School will host a candidate's forum at the Eagle Center - Wheeler Road SE location on Wednesday February 26, 2015. All candidates running for Ward 8 City Council are invited to participate. Ward 8 community leaders, Mr. James Mullings and Mr. Kim Ly Sarin, will assist moderating the forum. (Additional moderators TBA.) The forum is to educate local parents, the Ward 8 community and the public on the issues, views and background of each candidate seeking office. The forum will begin at 7:00 pm and light refreshments will be served.
