Well, I'm not sure how fast I'll be…especially with the run - but, I'm glad to join in such a great cause. Steve-O had told me about the event during the Lower Yough weekend…which was a great time!
How does it work with boats and gear as we transition to the run?

Registation is $30, obviously it is for a great cause.
If you can't make it, a donation to help LAKS reach it's fundraising goal would be much appreciated.
If we raise $1000 we get 1 minute taken off our time (I'm gonna need it!)

Hey all,
This weekend is Team River Runner's 11th annual biathlon. I would love to LAKS to have a strong presence there! They are a great organization to be a part of! It is a one mile flat water paddle, and a 3 mile run if you can't do both then do one and team up to have the other person either run or paddle for you! There are no excuses, there will people running the 3 miles with no legs, and paddling the mile blind!
Our team name is LAKS attacks!! kinda cheesy, but gets to the point! If the team hasn't been started yet then you start it!
Hope to see you all there on Sunday!
