[WardFive] Art All Night

Ms. Cheatham

Unfortunately it is 1am and I'm drafting this email. After complaints from several residents in the unit block of Bates street  about not receiving notice of the events a group of kids provided flyers to some residents with less than 72 hours notice.

As if that wasnt already frustrating enough the letter which you signed stated that all amplified noise would end at 1145. Well unfortunately as I type this there is still amplified noise. While it has seemed to lower in the last 10 minutes after a few tweets, a voice message and some Facebook post from aome of the residents, this is completely unacceptable.

This is the second year in a row that there has been a blatant disregard for the residents of the eastern half of the Unit block of Bates street and for that matter Q and P.

Again we are forced to try to sleep with our homes shaking, louduaic being played and individuals yelling and screaming while enjoying the festivities. The fact that as I speak, I can still hear music being played while all of my double pain windows are closed , highlights the problems.
