Dear Residents,
 
               
     Recently the group, NSJS, sent an email encouraging residents not to participate in the upcoming community forum on the proposed EYA 5A03 PUD.  While I cannot compel anyone to attend the community forum, I hope that residents of 5A, 5A03, 200 footers, will show up and have your voices heard by the commissioners. Unfortunately I believe that recent emails have mischaracterized my statements, and intent in organizing this forum.

     Within this message I am posting the emails from the NSJS; my correspondence with a representative of the group; and a resident of 5A03 about the very subject of the community forum where I provide answers to their inquiries about the community forum on EYA. I am also attaching an email with another member of the group where they requested I add names to my email group, and I complied. Additionally, I have also asked that a member of the group and resident of 5A03 release all video recordings of my SMD meetings and those of ANC 5A, so the record is clear. I do this because I have always been and will continue to be transparent on this issue. Throughout this process I have held several SMD meetings on this topic. As you know, ANC 5A's position on this development will be given great weight by the Zoning Commission, and this community forum will be another opportunity for residents to address members of the Commission. I encourage residents in the affected area to attend the community forum, provide written or oral testimony to members of ANC 5A so that your voices may be heard.
