ASALH cordially invites you to attend the

91st Annual Black History Luncheon and Featured Authors' Event  on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at the Washington Renaissance Hotel, in Washington, D.C. Festivities begin at 10 a.m. with the Featured Authors' Book Signing. Over 30 authors will sign and sell their books.


The doors for the luncheon will open at noon and the program will begin at 12:15 pm. Join us as ASALH explores the 2017 Black History theme - The Crisis in Black Education Purchase your tickets by February 10.

 

The keynote speaker is Representative James Clyburn of South Carolina. President Barack Obama said that he is "One of a handful of people who, when they speak, the entire Congress listens."  Click here for full bio.
