[WardFive] Woodridge Civic Association Monthly Meeting

Good evening,

The January meeting of the Woodridge Civic Association will be held at 7pm, Tuesday, January 3rd at the Woodridge Library, 1801 Hamlin St. NE.  This month representatives from MidCity will present on the redevelopment of Brookland Manor:

MidCity will be presenting Phase 1 of the RIA project (www.riadc.com<http://www.riadc.com>) which will include two new buildings that will be located on the south side of Saratoga between Brentwood Road and 14th Street.  There will be a 200 unit affordable senior housing building and a 131 unit mixed income multifamily building.
