Carderock is downstream of anglers inn. Get off at the exit off 495 heading up toward anglers (MacArthur?). Go about a mile or less and there is an exit for Carderock. Drive back in there to the parking area near the river. See you soon!

Saturdays will be downriver workouts from 9- 11 am. For this week, please meet Bobby and Jack, your instructors, at Lock 5, geared up and ready to go at 9 am. as a reminder, Lock 5 is the lot about a quarter mile downstream from Lock 6. There is a gravel parking area and a high curb that you have to drive over.
We will spend some time in the Feeder getting warmed up and practicing rolls. Then we will head down Little Falls for some big wave fun. Dress warmly, eat breakfast, and be ready to hit your roll!
