Flash Flood Watch issued for the District of Columbia today between Noon and 11:00 pm. Rainfall rates of one to two inches per hour can be expected from afternoon and evening storms. Low-lying areas could experience heavier flooding from these storms due to heavy rainfall and the accumulated rainfall from the last few days. Please take precaution.
