To celebrate the last night of attainments, does anyone want to go to Fish Taco for dinner or the Irish Inn? Great way to recoup all those calories we burned.

I just sent an evite to all members of Cheat Training, Cheat Youth, Cheat Elite and Cheat Lite for a post program party on Friday, May 9. If you don't receive it, please let me know. Be sure to enter in the comments section what you are planning to bring to the potluck.
This is our last week of Cheat Training! Stay sharp by coming to the attainment. There is not an official attainment next week but feel free to paddle upstream and get ready for the race.
If you are considering entering the race for your first time, I recommend studying the order of the rapids and testing yourself when we get on the Cheat on Saturday. It really helps to know exactly where you are at all times during the race. There will not be any instructor-lead groups on the day of the race.
LAKS will have a booth at cheat fest- stop by and say hi!
