Sorry I can't help you in the short term Todd but I swear by Seal's Pro Rand skirts -  Not cheap but just about implosion proof and wears like iron. 

They were very quick and helpful in getting the right size too.

Does anyone have a decent skirt that I can borrow until I get a new one?  My back-up skirt has imploded 4 times in the last week.  

 

I have been trying to order a new skirt from Immersion Research for the last month and a half and they are not helping me out.  After a month and a half they told me that they do not have any of the multiple skirts that I asked for in my size.  That is not helping me now.  Another person in the Cheat Lite group said they ordered a dry suit from IR in October and it did not come in until late February.  I have always bought from IR because their customer service use to be great.  I do not feel that anymore.  

 

I think their products are still decent, just make sure that if you want anything from them that you order a couple months in advance. 

 

Sorry about the rant.  I just want a skirt that I feel confident that it won't implode in the race, or any other time for that matter.
