It's a family friendly event for tots, children, and parents. Young children (and adults young at heart) can climb, test out, and honk the horns of the City's vehicular fleet, while learning about the jobs that help make the City run. Youth and families can get a taste for some of the fun fitness, arts, STEM, and other programs being offered this summer by the Department of Parks and Recreation, DC Public Library, and a host of other DC government agencies and community partners. Older youth and adults can get information about all kinds of services and opportunities for youth and families around the City. And all can enjoy live performances on the Showmobile. Please see the attached flyer for details, and help spread the word!
Let the summer begin!
