[WardFive] Loretta Carswell Candlelight Vigil

On tomorrow, Friday, August 28, 2015, there will be a candlelight vigil for shooting victim Loretta Carswell of the Woodridge Community at the Dwight Mosely Campus (Taft). The vigil will be at 7:00 pm.
