[WardFive] Ward Five Death notice

Good morning Ward Five,

On behalf of ANC 5C, we would like to extend our sincere condolences to Commissioner and Chair of Ward five Democratic Ronnie Edwards on the passing of his mother Ann B. Edwards. Ms. Edwards passed on Saturday August 15, 2015 in Louisiana. Funeral arrange have yet to be determine.
