Agreed, don't forget the sunscreen this week. 

Last week was a good week to just learn that we could all get down the river safely for those who joined. This week, hopefully we can build on the confidence gained to have another good day of bringing everyone's comfort level on the river up one step from where it was last week.

Looks like it's going to be a very different day on the Cheat tomorrow!  The forecasts are calling for 72 degrees, sun and a water level of 2.7.  Idyllic! 

I am looking forward to seeing all of the first-timers and timid paddlers on the river tomorrow!  I love showing people the lines and talking through lines to help those who are trying to remember them, so lemme know if I can help. 

Remember that even with a nice forecast, it usually feels colder in WV and the water will be cold so dress appropriately and bring water and snack.
