I raced. Mainly following Jen's excellent lines. Had a great time and glad I raced. I'd describe the features on the course as Big, chaotic wave trains with random haystacks erupting (sometimes right underneath you - wheee!). Calamity was big. I think I clipped the edge of it and someone got a picture of me with half my green boat out of the water. Over all, I'd say it was a pretty easy course and the race people did a great job, logistically, getting us in and out of the water.
