Re: cheat_training_group Fall Training / Little Falls 9 AM Saturday

Dear Fall Trainers,

For those in the DC area this weekend, we are meeting for a playboat workout together this morning at 9 AM at Lock 5 - hope you can join!

The plan (as per Ashley's earlier email) is to meet at the Lock 5 Parking Lot at 9 AM this morning. We will make our way up to the entrance to Z-channel by about 9:30 AM. 

If you want to park at Lock 6 or elsewhere, just meet us at the entrance to Z-channel, and we can all head downriver together.

For the rest of the Fall Trainers, Jen Sass will be leading a workout on Saturday 9/17, meeting at 9 amat Lock 5 again.  Please do email whether you will come.
