New Calleva Program plus other Happenings in March

Adventure is not in the guidebooks and beauty is not on the maps. Camp Registration Registration is now open for all camp families. Weeks and activities are starting to fill up so be sure to visit our website to see what camps may still be available. Just as a reminder Week 4 (July 3-7) is a full week of camp. Medications: A quick note about medications. If your camper will be taking any medication while at camp then we will need to have a Medication Administration Authorization form. This form will need to be completed for any emergency medications (epi pen, inhaler, Benadryl) and any medication that your camper may bring on a Thursday overnight for Adventure Camp and a week long trip for High Adventures. A blank copy of the Medication Administration Authorization form can be found on our website. Spring Farm and Forest Program We are excited to announce that we have a new spring program for our youngest nature explorers, combining 'fun on the farm' with the 'Forest School' philosophy starting on March 28th.  Our Farm & Forest Cubs program is a 6-week, drop off program for 3-6 yr. olds, held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The program is located at the Calleva Farm in Dickerson. Each session is designed to let kids experience our beautiful farm and wooded environment through play and learning and foster their excitement in the natural world. Farm & Forest Program Winter Pool Rolling Do you have a camper enrolled in kayaking this summer that would want to begin working on their roll? Have you ever wanted to learn how to roll a kayak? Do you already have a roll but want to practice? If you answered yes to any of the above questions then you should check out Youth and Adult Pool Rolling with Calleva's Liquid Adventures. Pool Rolling is available every Sunday (except Easter) during March and April at the Piney Branch Pool. Calleva Horse Adventure Programs Spring Open House Join us for an afternoon to learn more about all of the equestrian programs that Calleva has to offer. There will be pony rides and an opportunity to ask staff questions.
