[WardFive] The Wharf

Greetings,

I wanted to be sure you are aware that there will be 200 units of Affordable and Workforce Housing in Phase 1 of The Wharf, the redevelopment of the District's Southwest Waterfront, in two mixed-income apartment buildings, Incanto and The Channel. Occupancy of the rental units will begin in mid-August.

For the initial lease-up of the two apartment buildings, tenants for the Affordable and Workforce units will be selected through a lottery which will take place on June 22nd. If you are interested, you must sign up by Friday, June 16th at 5:00 pm.

You can sign up on the website of either of the two buildings, Incanto and The Channel, or call one of the telephone numbers. Both the websites and telephone numbers are listed on the two flyers attached.
