RE: [WardFive] Court Decision "200 Footers" v. 901 Monroe Street LLC/Col. Brooks Development Team

Thank you Chair.  The remand back to ZC is not the reversal 200 Footers' sought but at least the judges did no affirm the Commission's decision. We shall continue to hope for the best outcome for the 200 Footers with the remand back to ZC.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 200 FOOTER PROPERTYOWNERS WHO FILED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE ZONING COMMISSION REGARDING THE 901 MONROE STREET/COL. BROOKS PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT !!!!!!! 

 

The DC Court of Appeals ruled this matter must go back to the Zoning Commission; see attached decision
